Confirm that your internet connection is working and use the same sign-in method you originally used. Google and Apple sign-in may briefly open a secure browser window before returning to FreeBlock.
My schedule or overlap looks incorrect
Check the weekday, start time, end time, and visibility setting for each schedule item. Ask your friend to check their schedule and privacy settings as well.
I want to delete my account
In the app, open the Privacy tab and select Delete my account. Account deletion cannot be undone.
